The infamous 1999 split between Brazillian deathgrinders Flesh Grinder and melodic goregrind pioneers Lymphatic Phlegm. Full split title: From Rotten Process... to Splatter / Malignant Cancerous Tumour in the Epithelial Tissue of the Intestine

Originally only released on CD. Gurgling Gore in conspiracy with Scumlord Distro had the displeasure of reissuing the split on cassette (for the first time ever!) on March 3rd, 2023.

The tapes quickly sold out. HOWEVER, a box was recently returned to Gurgling Gore HQ that contained a limited number of these tapes that apparently had been sitting unscathed, still in the shrinkwrap in a warehouse in an undisclosed location.
